Rising from the ashes of fallen cover bands before them comes one of the Central Coast best covers show …The Phoenix. The Phoenix was formed in 2007 by four local musicians with the intent of putting together a covers act to showcase the best rock music from the 70’s right up to today’s latest hits. Clayton Johnson (Vocals), Vaughan Bridgeman (Guitar), Dave Warton (Bass) and Sonny Hinwood (Drums) are intent on giving audiences what they want, music they know, played and performed with passion. All band members have been playing professionally for many years and have a strong focus on musicianship and performance. The Phoenix’s impressive list of songs has been put together to fill a void currently missing in the music scene, a rock show that not only sounds great but dazzles the crowd with wild stage antics.

We’re turning up the twang with the Jasmine Sparkes Band, hot off the Tamworth Country Music Festival and ready to bring the party. Expect big country anthems, dancing all night and a whole lot of hoedown energy.

Prizes for Best Dressed – so go all out with your best country fit. 
 

Live country, loud singalongs, good times guaranteed. Grab your crew, dress to impress, and let’s party!

Come in and join the craic with two huge days of Irish cheer, live music, and hearty food specials.

On Sunday 15 March, enjoy the energy of traditional Irish step dancers, best-dressed prizes and giveaways, plus live tunes from Jimmy Mullarkey and friends from 1–6pm.

Then keep the celebrations rolling on Tuesday 17 March with our Split the “G” competition running every hour from 1–5pm*, more prizes and giveaways, and live music from Lachlan Fitzgerald from 2–5pm.

Our kitchen will be serving up festive favourites including Irish Spice Bags with curry sauce or choose from Beef & Guinness Pie or Irish Pork Sausages both served with creamy mash, mushy peas and gravy.

It’s the perfect excuse to wear your green, bring your mates, and celebrate Irish style. 🍀

Join us for a fabulous fun Saturday Night Spectacular: Country Edition starring Marney McQueen and Friends!
 

With her background in professional theatre (Priscilla, Hairspray, Dream Lover) and cabaret and comedy festivals around the world, Marney is a firecracker on stage! She'll sing a bunch of crowd favourites, and throw in a few extra surprises too. Who knows what might happen? What we can be sure of, is that it will be a fabulous night! She'll be accompanied by a fabulous band featuring Glenn Moorhouse on guitar, Andrew Worboys on keys and Alysa Portelli on drums.
